2 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tbsp oyster sauce

Cup of frozen peas

1 tbsp light soy sauce

Cooked king prawns, shredded cooked chicken or cooked beef strips

White pepper

Tiny pinch salt

Dash sesame oil

To serve

Method

  • Heat the oil in a wok or deep side frying pan on a medium-high heat. Throw in the onions and cook down slightly. Add the spring onions and garlic and continue cooking for a couple of minutes.

  • Add in the tomatoes and cook until softened

  • Add the tomato ketchup and oyster sauce and mix together, then stir in the peas, light soy sauce and a splash of water. Turn up the heat and reduce the sauce slightly.

  • Add the cooked prawns, chicken or beef and heat through thoroughly
