Forgotten pudding.. Don't worry, Clodagh has just the thing. These delicious chocolate, hazelnut and orange mousses need just five ingredients and ten minutes to make, Christmas Eve pudding sorted!

Clodagh McKenna’s Chocolate, Hazelnut and Orange Mousses

Serves: 4

Ingredients

140g dark chocolate100g caster sugarZest of 2 oranges2 eggs300g mascarpone

To Serve1 Orange, peeled and twistedHandful of hazelnuts, toasted and chopped


Method

1. Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water and allow to melt, then remove from the heat. Stir in the caster sugar, orange zest and egg. Using a hand-held electric beater, whisk for 5-8 minutes. Lastly, whisk in the mascarpone for a few seconds, just until combined.

2. Divide between four glasses and chill for 15 minutes. Serve each mousse with a twist of orange peel and sprinkle of crushed hazelnuts.
