Women should have at least 3 orgasms a week!

If you thought an orgasm was just a bit of fun - think again!

According to sexual health expert, physician and author of 'The Orgasm Prescription,' Andrea Pennington, the orgasm is an indicator of "personal empowerment, self acceptance and self love" - but that's not all, it can also be an indicator that all is not well with your relationship, self esteem and even your health.

After going down a storm on American Daytime shows like Oprah and Dr Oz, Andrea's joining us on the sofa to teach us how to consistently achieve soul-stirring orgasms.

To mark the occasion we also unveil the exclusive results of our very own orgasm survey.

EXCLUSIVE THIS MORNING AND ONE POLL ORGASM SURVEY RESULTS.

  • Almost one in 20 women say they have never had an orgasm

  • 1 in 3 women have had an orgasm within the last week

  • 1 in 10 women have three orgasms a week – (which Andrea Pennington believes is the optimum)

  • Nearly 1 in 20 have five or more orgasms a week

  • 30% describe feeling euphoric, while 3% felt guilty after an orgasm.

  • A whopping 40% admit they have faked an orgasm, with over half saying it was to get sex over with more quickly and 66% wanted to spare their partner’s feelings.

  • Nearly a quarter of women say they enjoy noisy sex.

  • Of the most unusual places to have an orgasm the car came out top.

  • Other unusual places that women had orgasms were in a churchyard, by the side of a motorway in the road works lorry, dentist surgery, in a police station and in the woods.

  • One person even admitted having an orgasm while driving her car.
