'I'm doing it for Emily' Victoria Milligan faces 10K race
No one moves on from losing a loved one, you carry them around with you
Two years ago Victoria Milligan’s family were involved in a tragic speedboat accident which killed her husband and eight-year old daughter and left her an amputee.
Since the accident Victoria has harnessed her grief to raise over £750,000 for charity. And now she is pushing herself to her physical and mental limits as she trains with a prosthetic blade to run a 10K this weekend.
Victoria said, "I'm doing it for my daughter. I'm doing it for Emily. Anytime it starts to feel painful, or I think I can't take another step, she will be the one driving me forward."
