Tom Somerset-How: 'I was enslaved by my wife and carer'
Earlier this month, Tom Somerset-How finally got justice, as his wife Sarah and carer George Webb - who were having an affair - were found guilty of enslaving him in ‘the first case of its kind’.
Tom has cerebral palsy and is partially sighted, meaning he needs 24 hour care. Yet his wife and carer treated him like ‘a cash cow’, starved him, isolated him from his family and left him to live in squalor.
Tom joins us alongside his sister Kate to explain how relieved they are that the pair are now behind bars and why they want to raise awareness to stop this from happening to anyone else.
