Rylan and dogs... it's time to Take a Moment

To celebrate This Morning's 25th birthday, we've launched our Take a Moment campaign, which aims to put 50,000 acts of kindness back into the world - and we need YOUR help!

Today Rylan Clarke does his bit by donating some of his old clothes to a charity shop, and we meet some furry friends from Battersea Dogs Home and their handlers who can tell us how viewers can help animal shelters across the country.
