Sue Hill
Sue says: Before opening my Crime File on This Morning, I enjoyed more than 30 years in policing. I have investigated some of the worst crimes, such as child abuse, rape and murder, but I have also met some of the best people in the world who have overcome adversity, pain and grief and stood up to evil and bullies.
I’m best known for: Catching the bad guys and occasionally chatting about the privilege!
The proudest moment of my career was: Whilst a cop, my final working day being at Westminster Abbey for the marriage of William and Kate. I stood at the entrance and saluted the Queen as she left. Tear-jerker moment. As for TV, it's every time an appeal leads to the arrest of an evil criminal
The first thing I do in the morning is: Drink the coffee my husband makes me or more likely let it go cold!
My favourite breakfast is: Muesli or porridge on the colder days – slow-release energy!
The most famous person in my phonebook is: I would never be that indiscreet!
The actor who would play me in a film about This Morning is: Madonna - we're the same age and at karaoke I have sung her hit Like a Virgin more than she has. She's feisty!
My favourite memory from working on This Morning: Has to be meeting Sir Roger Moore. I became all unnecessary and he said: 'My dear, the pleasure is all mine', and kissed me on the cheek. It's the first time I've been speechless. And doing spoof soaps makes me giggle. I have had so much fun it's hard to single out any moments.
If I wasn’t featuring on This Morning, I’d be: Finding another way to make a difference
You’d be surprised to learn that: I have a tattoo!
I couldn't live without: My two kids and my hubby... and a cold glass of white wine!
