'I survived the Paddington rail crash'
On October 5 1999, a packed express train nearing Paddington collided head-on with another service that had just left the west London station, killing 31 people - including both drivers - and injuring a further 500 passengers.
Despite suffering horrific burns to her head and hands during the accident, commuter Pam Warren went on to be a leading light in a campaign to improve rail safety. However, in private, her life was falling apart.
Watch Pam tell This Morning about the events of that fateful day, her battle with alcoholism and how, 15 years on, she is finally feeling positive about the future.
