Nathan Anthony’s Tartiflette

Serves: 6
Ingredients
1kg Charlotte potatoes (or any waxy variety), cut into 5mm slices1 onion, thinly sliced200g smoked bacon lardons50ml dry white wine200ml single cream 1 x 250g whole Camembert cheese (or Reblochon, if you can find it)
Method
1. Grease your slow cooker dish with butter or oil, then add in the potatoes, onion and lardons. Pour over the wine and cream, then move the mixture around until it is as flat as possible. Top the mixture with the whole Camembert, or slice it and lay the slices over the top of the dish to cover. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
2. Once the potatoes are soft, place the slow cooker dish (make sure it’s ovenproof) under a hot grill until the tartiflette bubbles and turns golden. Serve hot.
Nathan Anthony’s Viral Chocolate Orange Fondant Pudding

Ingredients
175g Terry’s chocolate Orange Ball250g self-raising flour20g cocoa powder300g soft light brown sugar4 eggs, beaten100g butter, melted, plus extra to grease the bowl

Method
1. Firstly, grease the bowl of the slow cooker with some butter and melt 57g of the chocolate orange.
2. Sift the flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl, and add 150g brown sugar, 4 eggs and the melted butter. Mix using a whisk until well combined. Add 3-4 tbsp of water to help loosen the consistency.
3. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker then add 100g Chocolate Orange pieces inside the mixture.
4. Mix the melted chocolate and with the remaining 150g of sugar and 275ml of boiling water in a jug. Pour the chocolate liquid all over the cake, cover the slow cooker with a clean tea towel and place on the lid, then cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
5. You can add more Terry's Chocolate Orange for decoration. Serve hot (and with ice cream!)
