'Our daughter committed suicide'
Four years ago, Joan and Stephen Maritza, lost their 21 year-old daughter to depression. Samantha was sectioned for trying to committ suicide six times, but after being left alone for just two hours, she threw herself in front of train.
It is apparent that poor mental health in young people is a growing issue and according to the latest statistics one in ten now have some kind of problem. Joan and Stephen join Phillip and Holly alongside paediatrician Dr Ranj, to tell their tragic story in an effort to raise awareness.
