Love Island: Is Adam's behaviour unacceptable?

Last night Adam yet again showed no concern for Rosie's feelings, by continuing to get close to Zara right in front of Rosie's face. His behaviour has caused a public backlash with members of the public branding him a 'sociopath' and 'a snake'. Women's Aid has even got involved raising concerns about his 'emotionally abusive behaviour'. Is Adam just playing the reality TV game or is his behaviour completely unacceptable?
