Meet the real Little Miss Sunshine
She's very happy and content, she loves making friends and has made so much progress over the last few months
One of the first and most important things most parents tell their children is "don't talk to strangers" - but little Lauren Taylor can't help talking to everyone she sees.
Lauren is a bright, enthusiastic and positive three year old. On the surface she just seems more chatty than other children but in fact she was born with a rare condition called Williams Syndrome, which has made her one of Britain's friendliest little girls.
She joins us with her mum Katherine along with Louise Fisk from the Williams Syndrome Foundation.
Williams syndrome is caused randomly and it's a micro-deletion of genes from chromosone 7. On the positive side those with Williams Syndrome are very verbal, have a good affinity with music and are very very friendly. On the negative side they might have medical issues such as heart problems, delayed development and anxiety.
Katherine explains Lauren is a happy child but at time things can be exhausting: "With Williams Syndrome they can have difficulties with her sleep so she has to have a hormone which tells her it's nighttime. But unfortunately it doesn't keep her asleep so she can wake up at 2am or 3am and think it's playtime."
