ITV's Britain Get Talking campaign returns!
ITV and STV are launching a new initiative from the UK’s most recognised mental health campaign, Britain Get Talking to encourage every school in the country to set a different kind of homework this World Mental Health Day.
The Hardest Subject is the latest Britain Get Talking initiative, which encourages young people to have a proper chat with an adult they trust about what's on their minds.
Backed by charities Mind, YoungMinds and SAMH, and created in conjunction with a clinical psychologist, Britain Get Talking are collaborating with thousands of schools across the country to help build on moments when millions of households across the country sit down together to do homework.
The homework task has been created to make starting a conversation easier. Mental Health has declined in almost 40% of school children according to the NHS, but a proper chat can help ease stress and reduce anxiety. So what are you waiting for?
