'I lost my arm to a crocodile, but that didn't stop me walking down the aisle'

It was barely hanging on so it wasn't a shock that it had to be amputated.

Zanele Ndlovu on seeing her arm after the attack

Zanele Ndlovu and British fiance Jamie Fox were enjoying a romantic holiday in Zimbabwe the week before their wedding, canoeing down the Zambezi river when disaster struck: a 8ft Nile crocodile jumped out of the water and tried to drag Ms Ndlovu to the bottom - taking a chunk of her right arm at the same time. If it wasn’t for her fiance Jamie dragging her back, Zenele could have lost a lot more.

Airlifted to hospital, doctors were forced to amputate what was left of her arm. Despite the pain and suffering, the wedding went ahead as planned 4 days later - and the couple said ‘I Do’ at the hospital chapel in front of friends and family.

We have the first live television interview with the couple as they prepare to head back to the UK as husband and wife.
