He's been a firm favourite in British households since 1989, but tonight Hercule Poirot will take off his moustache and hang up his hat for the last time as he takes on his final case.

Aptly titled Curtain, the concluding episode finds Poirot significantly aged, wheelchair bound and suffering from arthritis. But will he be able to get those little grey cells going to crack his final mystery?

David Suchet joins us today to tell all about waving goodbye to the nation's favourite Belgian sleuth forever.
