Arbi ke kabab or Jerusalem artichoke kebab

Ingredients
300g Jerusalem Artichoke, boiled50g potatoes, boiledFried onionsFried cashew nutFried garlicMint leavesCoriander leavesGingerGreen chilliGheeRose petalsKewra waterRed chilli powderGaram masala powder
Oil to fry
Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients together and mince them in a blender to a fine paste
Add little bread crumbs if required and then shape into small patties
Pan fry them in a non-stick pan until light brown and crisp on the sides. Serve with mint raita.
