Alice Beer's new-found technique to cope with insomnia
A third of Brits say they struggle to sleep on a weekly basis, and for some insomnia can be a nightly occurrence. Alice Beer says she’s had a 20 year battle with sleeplessness, explaining that intermittently she’d relied on over the counter pills to nod off. After getting more and more unbearable, Alice is trying a new technique called CBT Sleepstation, an NHS online course. After starting the therapy last week, Alice joins us to share her sleep journey.
