ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. INTRODUCTION1.1. We are ITV Studios Limited trading as Lifted Entertainment, a company registered in England and Wales (registered number: 0310625) of ITV White City, 201 Wood Lane, London, W12 7RU (“we”, “us”, “our”) and we are the producers of Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway (Series 20) (the “Programme”) which we intend but do not undertake, to produce for initial transmission by ITV (the "Broadcaster"). 1.2. It is our intention to include a feature provisionally entitled “Ring My Bell (Head-to-Head Edition)” (provisional title) (the “Feature”) in selected episodes of the Programme.

1.3. By attending the Location (as defined below) (following any announcement of the Feature in episode seven of the Programme) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).1.4. We are not responsible for any expenses you incur in attending the Location.2. THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO TAKE PART IN THE FEATURE

In order to be able to be eligible for the Feature, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:2.1. you are 18 (eighteen) years old or over; 2.2. you are not:

2.2.1. currently employed by us or the Broadcaster or Ring; or

2.2.2. a live-in partner or immediate relative (i.e., mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister) of someone who works on the Programme;

(the above shall be collectively defined as the “Eligibility Requirements”).3. HOW THE FEATURE WORKS3.1. It is our intention to run the Feature in selected episodes of the Programme and we may potentially run the Feature multiple times in a single episode of the Programme, however, you understand that we cannot guarantee this. 3.2. You acknowledge that we have the right at our sole discretion to reasonably amend the rules around the Feature but if we elect to do this, we shall seek to notify you and any viewers of any amendments and changes in advance of such changes being implemented.

3.3. In any episode of the Programme in which the Feature is included, the presenters of the Programme will make an announcement showing 2 (two) live video feeds with the appearance of a video doorbell camera (the “Doorbell”) placed by us at the front of two properties within the UK (singularly referred to as a “Property” and jointly referred to as the “Properties”). The Properties belong to two different members of the public who have been surprised by us in the Programme studio audience (the “Studio Participant(s)”).

3.4. Viewers of the Programme who think they recognise one of the Properties and fulfil the Eligibility Requirements will be invited by the presenters of the Programme to attend one of Properties and in order to be successful be the first one to reach one out of the two Properties and:

3.4.1. physically ring the Doorbell at that Property,

3.4.2. say a phrase, if required, by the presenters of the Programme (the “Phrase”); and 3.4.3. fulfil a specific instruction or direction to follow (this may be another specific phrase that needs to be said, a question that needs to be answered, an object that needs to be brought along, etc) (the “Instruction”) all within a set time period which will commence from the point the presenters of the Programme start the clock (the “Time Period”). Please note, that depending on the Instruction we reserve the right to vary the Time Period for each time the Feature is run. 3.5. Anyone attending either of the Properties within the Time Period will be considered on a first come first serve basis by us and should an individual be the first person in attendance at either one of the Properties, they will need to physically ring the Doorbell and say the Phrase at the Property they have arrived at upon which the Time Period clock will be paused. In order to win a prize for themselves and the Studio Participant whose Property’s Doorbell they have rung, they must be the first person to fulfil the Instruction. If this is successfully completed, such person (and the Studio Participant whose Property at which the Doorbell was rung) shall be deemed to be the winner(s) of that Feature and anyone else in attendance at either of the Properties shall not be eligible to win any prize. Failure to ring the Doorbell and/or say the Phrase and/or fulfil the Instruction shall entitle us restart the clock on the remainder of the Time Period and to move on to the next person who is in attendance at either one of the Properties (according to the first come first serve basis rule) and so forth until such time a person who is in attendance at either the Properties is able ring the Doorbell, say the Phrase and successfully fulfil the Instruction. Should there be no individuals in attendance at either of the Properties within the Time Period and/or any individuals fail to say the Phrase and/or are unable to fulfil the Instruction, any prize both for themselves and both Studio Participants will be forfeit. Anyone who attends the Properties before the Time Period commences shall be required to wait until the Time Period starts. Anyone who attends the Properties after the Time Period has lapsed shall not be eligible to take part in the Feature. 3.6. We reserve the right to stop admitting people for the Feature and/or stop admitting people to the Properties (i) after the Time Period has passed; and/or (ii) as and when we reasonably deem it no longer practicable for us to admit any more people into the front of Properties (including, without limitation, where health and safety concerns prevent us from admitting any more people into the front of the Properties); and/or (iii) if any inappropriate or threatening behaviour is displayed.
