Good Morning Britain Reward Trial - Frequently Asked Questions

How can I receive a free reward?

If you enter our premium rate competitions using SMS, you will receive a free reward for each and every paid entry made into the Good Morning Britain and Lorraine competitions between the 8th of September 2014 and the 10th of October 2014,when those competitions are open. Please note that if you have unsubscribed from marketing messaging you will not receive a free reward.

Why can’t I receive a free reward if I enter via PRTS or Web?

The rewards are currently only available to paying SMS entrants as this is the only entry method that can technically offer them. This may be reviewed for future reward offerings.

I’ve entered the premium rate competition via SMS but I haven’t received a link to my reward.

You will only receive a reward if your entry has been paid for and successfully delivered. You will not receive a reward on any unsuccessful attempts to enter. There may be occasions when the system is busy, in which case you will receive confirmation of your entry into the main broadcast competition, and your unique URL to claim your reward will be sent a later time once the system is back up and running.

The link to claim my reward doesn’t work.

The link will work on smartphones. A full list of the operating systems and compatible handsets can be found below. If you don’t have a smartphone you can use the link details and copy them into a browser and claim your reward. The link can only be used for one claim so once you have claimed your reward, the link will no longer work.

The link to claim my reward has expired.

The rewards are only valid until the 10th calendar day after the paid route competition closes. The expiry date for the reward is shown on the reward page and in the terms and conditions.

How can I find out if I have won the cash draw?

If you are given free entry into a cash draw as your reward and you then go on to be drawn as a winner of the cash draw you will be contacted by ITV on the phone number that you originally entered on (i.e. the number for the phone which you sent your SMS entry from).

Why can’t I see the full screen for my reward card?

For some phones you will need to scroll the page to view the full reward card. If this does not work, try copying and pasting the web address (reward link) into another browser.

I have claimed my reward but have not received a confirmation email?

Please look in your spam folder. If you do not find it there, do not worry we shall contact you to arrange delivery of the reward or to confirm that you are the winner of any further prize draw.

I have claimed a reward, but no one has contacted me?

If you have claimed a tablet, phone or vouchers, we shall contact you directly to arrange delivery. If you claimed an entry to the cash prize draw, you will only be contacted if you are a winner.
