Charity launches 'Make Someone's Day' campaign to tackle loneliness
A campaign has been started to combat what it calls epidemic levels of loneliness and isolation.
The charity has now started a campaign called 'Make Someone's Day' which encourages neighbours to check in on and chat with each other.
What to do when you feel lonely?
If you or someone you know is suffering from mental health problems, there is advice and support available.
Mind: "We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect".
