The woman who's found happiness in her eighties after years of isolation

Here in the South West we have the highest proportion of over 75s in the country, and for tens of thousands in our region Christmas is the loneliest time of the year.

We've been speaking to an inspirational 86-year-old.

Mavis Horton has managed to overcome her loneliness and has a special message for anyone who is struggling this festive season.
