Children across West Country building their own Bloodhound-inspired vehicles

As the supersonic Bloodhound is tested in Newquay, the project is setting imaginations racing across the South West.

Children across the country have been challenged to design and build their own Bloodhound-inspired vehicle as part of Bloodhound's Model Rocket Car 2017 competition.

Three team from the West Country have made the national finals.

The competition is being run by Bloodhound's eduction project.
