The golden girl going all out for Rio

We have already heard from one half of our Olympic rowing golden pair, Yeovil's Heather Stanning.

Now the focus is on her partner, Cornishwoman Helen Glover, ahead of their bid to retain the title in Rio.

She learnt to row in Bath - where she linked up with Heather Stanning. The pair won gold at London 2012 and have continued to win since then.

Helen's family run an ice cream parlour in Newlyn but will be in Brazil to lend their support. Our sports correspondent Matthias Kurth reports.
