Army officer aiming for rowing gold at Rio

Many of our region's athletes are stepping up their training for one last push ahead of the Olympics.

For Somerset rower Heather Stanning, it's also a case of taking leave from her job as an Army Officer.

Heather, from Yeovil, is a captain in the Royal Artillery and, as Jeff Welch reports, she's determined to add to the gold medal she won four years ago.
