Family of Shaun James fear his killer will never be caught
The family of a Gloucestershire man who police beleive was run over and murdered 14 years ago have told ITV News they fear his killer will never be caught.
Shaun James was 32 when he died after being knocked down in Cinderford - this week the Crown Prosecution Service announced 3 men arrested in connection with his death will not face charges.
His family say if they're to get justice for their son, they're only hope is for someone to come forward with new evidence.
Shaun James' ex-wife and the mother of his son, Jessie, has been waiting 14 years for justice.
It was on the road above, in December 2002 that Shaun James' body was found in a lane just off Steam Mills Road in Cinderford.
His injuries were so severe that at first the people who found him didn't recognise him as a person.
The police originally thought he'd been the victim of a hit and run.
Two years ago they reviewed all the evidence and decided that he has been murdered by someone who have driven over him several times.
They issues CCTV footage of a van.
Last year three people were arrested in connection with the murder but the CPS has told the police there's not enough evidence to charge them with anything.
