Michael Beach has been sentenced to a minimum of 17 years in prison for murdering Scott Hopkins.

"Scott was my person and everybody would say how we were made for each other."

Scott Hopkins, 36, died despite the efforts of paramedics after allegedly being stabbed on Friday 8 December.
