Daddy G: 'We were making a film about DJ Derek'

The family and friends of DJ Derek have told ITV News that the Bristol performer deserves a massive celebration from the city he entertained for decades.>Police today confirmed they've found nothing to suggest 74 year old Derek Morris' death was suspicious - his body was found in scrubland near the Cribbs Causeway mall on Thursday.>Since the discovery, tributes have been pouring in for missing Derek Morris.

Musicians from across the West are due to perform at an event to remember him next month.>Among them are Bristol band Massive Attack. Daddy G, a member of the band, remembers him as a great ambassador for music.

Daddy G also says he and his band were in the process of making a film about the infamous DJ before he went missing.
