Catrin Maguire: Police and family continue search for missing woman on Anglesey

Catrin Maguire has been missing since Monday, November 15

Police are continuing to search for Catrin Maguire, 22, who went missing on Anglesey more than two weeks ago.

Catrin was last seen on South Stack Road, Holyhead, not far from the RSPB nature reserve at 1.18pm on Monday, November 15, where she appeared to be walking in the general direction of the lighthouse on South Stack.

She is described as approximately 5 foot 5 inches tall, with a slim build, and police have released CCTV footage of her last known location.

Officers investigating Catrin’s whereabouts have been engaging with walkers and stopping motorists as part of their investigation.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "We continue to have concerns for the welfare of Catrin.

"We are appealing for anyone who may have seen her at the time or anyone with dashcam footage. Also, we would ask local residents to check their private CCTV.”

Catrin's uncle, Frank, wrote in a Facebook post: "I am asking Catrin's friends, if you know where Catrin is, please please ring her mother and father or the police to let them know that Catrin is safe.

"Somebody knows where Catrin is. Please make that call anytime day or night."
