What Brexit means for Polish workers living in rural Wales
The CBI has warned a proposed post Brexit immigration policy could restrict Welsh businesses from employing overseas workers.
Workers would have to earn £30,000 before firms could employ them, but the CBI says in many industries the average wage is less than that.
One area of Wales which has attracted many foreign workers is Llanybydder in Carmarthenshire. Hundreds of Polish, Romanian and other EU nationals call the village and the surrounding area home.
But ITV Wales has been told many are already leaving the UK, worried about the uncertainty surrounding Brexit.
