Hero Wales Air Ambulance pilot gets an amazing Xmas surprise
A Welsh Air Ambulance pilot has been recognised for the many lives he and his team have saved.
Captain Grant Elgar was invited to a school in Cardigan by the team from ITV's Good Morning Britain where he was reunited with Cora Lynn.
She suffered serious injuries in a car crash that killed her mother, but was flown to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff by Grant and the crew.
Grant has kept in touch with Cora's family, but they were thrilled to have another chance to say thank you.
The Air Ambulance crews are ready to fly 365 days a year, and it's a job that Grant takes home with him too.
The families and friends present will be grateful for his work for many years to come.
