Here's how you can enjoy this year's Six Nations tournament on ITV Cymru Wales

Wales kick off their 2016 Six Nations campaign on Sunday and for the first time you can watch the action here on ITV Cymru Wales.

Tournament rights are split between ITV and BBC meaning we'll be bringing you Wales's away games against Ireland and England, along with highlights of the home fixtures against Scotland, France and Italy. As well as coverage on the main channel, we'll also be following the tournament online via the ITV Hub and ITV's dedicated Six Nations site.

Mark Pougatch will lead ITV's coverage and will be joined by former Wales captain Gareth Thomas, as well as the likes of Jonny Wilkinson, Lawrence Dallagio, former Scotland coach Sir Ian McGeechan and former Italy captain Marco Bortolami. Nick Mullins and Martin Gillingham will provide commentary, along with co-commentators including Shane Williams, Gordon D'Arcy and Ben Kay.

Here's how you can watch the Wales games this Six Nations:

  • Ireland v Wales - Sunday February 7th,ITV, 3pm

  • Wales v Scotland - Saturday February 14th, BBC, 4.50pm

  • Wales v France - Friday February 26th, BBC, 8.05pm

  • England v Wales - Saturday March 12th, ITV, 4pm

  • Wales v Italy - Saturday March 19th, BBC, 2.30pm.
