2015 in review: The Welsh grandmother who travelled to Dignitas to end her life
There are a lot of big stories I've covered this year, from the change in the organ donation system to the refugee crisis.
But the most important was that of Jackie Baker, the Swansea grandmother who travelled to Dignitas to end her life.
She wanted us to go with her to show people the efforts she and her daughters had to go through to do something that is illegal in this country.
Our cameras followed Jackie and her family in the last months of her life, including their journey to the Swiss clinic.
