Catch up: Saying Goodbye To Mum

In February Jackie Baker from Swansea was diagnosed with motor neurone disease. Last week she ended her life with an assisted suicide.

Jackie’s daughters risked prosecution by taking her to the Dignitas centre in Switzerland where she was prescribed a fatal dose of drugs. They want assisted dying to be legal in the UK.

Wales This Week followed Jackie in the final months of her life. To raise awareness, she wanted her story to be heard.
