As Wales is battered by the first storms of the winter, homeless charities are appealing for help in supporting people living rough.
Shelter Cymru want empty buildings to be opened up to homeless people.
Manchester Council took the step this week of announcing buildings such as an old library and a former children's home will be opened up as overnight shelters.
It comes after former footballers Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville allowed a group of rough sleepers to remain in their new hotel until work begins.

Sean Atkins is proud to have been teetotal for more than a year now.
He's paid a heavy price for his battle with alcohol, but was helped off the streets by homeless organisations in Cardiff.
Sean's now volunteering at the Cardiff night shelter, and says he's grateful for the help he's had getting his life back on track.
Cardiff Council say it thinks "extending" its existing provision for homeless people is preferable to opening up disused council-owned buildings.
