Here's a chance to join some Canadian Geese and goslings, in Hartlepool.

With the coronavirus lockdown keeping many people indoors, we've been bringing the outdoors to in, by encouraging you to 'take a moment' to relax and unwind.

We've already been to some stunning scenes across the ITV Tyne Tees region, including Knaresborough, Urpeth Burn, the River Wear, North Tyne Valley, the River Derwent, Marsden and Richmond.
