Colleague of Alice Ruggles: 'She was always smiling'

A colleague of Alice Ruggles, who died in Gateshead yesterday, has paid tribute to her.

Dean Hetherington, from Blucher, Newcastle, worked with Alice Ruggles for 18 months at Sky.

The 27-year-old, who works as a retentions advisor, said Alice was a siteco-ordinator at the business.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, and remains in police custody.
