Yorkshire Water

The first phase of the project was completed earlier this year and included the replacement of equipment within the storm overflow.

Thames Water, Yorkshire Water, and Northumbrian Water have all been fined for failing to manage wastewater treatment works.

The new sewer being built by Yorkshire Water in Ilkley is aimed at improving the water quality of the River Wharfe, which is currently rated as 'Poor'.
