The family of a teenager killed in a crash between a motorbike and electric bike have paid tribute to him

Merseyside Police say the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.

Wirral Council has agreed to handover the building to Woodchurch Wellbeing, a local community group, if they can raise £330,000 by 27 October 2023.
