A young ambulance service trainer was woken up by an alert on his phone, only to realise it was coming from a neighbouring hotel room.

It's been revealed that a third of new parents would not feel comfortable performing CPR on their baby.

They will be working alongside first aiders from Guernsey, Gibraltar and the UK to provide medical support throughout the event.
