The road in directions from the junction of Port Road East and Barry Dock Link Road to Pugh’s Garden Centre had to be closed overnight, but has now re-opened.

The driver of the vehicle, a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 58-year-old was struck by a moped in January but no arrests have been made yet.
