Ida Lock was born at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary in November 2019, but after "difficulties" during her birth, she died seven days later.

A man in his 70s is being treated for head injuries following the crash, which involved a Land Rover and an Audi.

The woman was taken to hospital after the animal stayed latched on to her for several minutes before she managed to break free.
