Exclusive: Calls for cancer screening inquiry at Lancaster hospital

A woman was told she had breast cancer, just months after a scan at a Lancashire hospital had given her the all clear.

The patient now wants a review at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, the unit where she had her mammogram.

It was given a clean bill of health in 2014, but Lisa fears other women may have been misdiagnosed in previous years.
