Sapper Charlie Saywell, 25, was discovered in the River Medway after an alleged assault and with rope wrapped around his legs and torso.

The St Mary’s Island development has transformed the 150-acre peninsula in the River Medway, into a neighbourhood of 1700 homes.

For 70 miles the River Medway flows through Kent and parts of Sussex and in recent years it's made headlines for unpleasant reasons.
