James Robinson, 68, sustained serious injuries in the assault and died in hospital the following day.

Three years ago 21-year-old Dwayne Forrester was stabbed to death at Pitsea in Essex.

The boy was flown by air ambulance from Pitsea to the Royal London Hospital and his injury has been described as “serious, but not life-threatening”.

Four teenagers, a girl and three boys, all aged 14, have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
