Disgraced West Country cyclist Jonathan Tiernan-Locke was back in the saddle yesterday, taking on the Exmoor Beast Cycle Ride.

Plymouth's Jonathan Tiernan-Locke became the first British winner of the Tour of Britain cycle race in 19 years yesterday.
