The grey seals have made a beach on the Norfolk coast their home for the next six weeks to grow new sleek protective coats.

The pup was almost completely buried in the sand between the rocks, with only its head visible.

Inquisitive seals poke their heads through the hoops, which then cut into their flesh as the animal grows.
