Deputy Le Hegarat will investigate whether legislation similar to the UK's 'Turing's Law' can be brought in so anyone criminalised for homosexuality is pardoned

Following a high court ruling, Kenya will continue to criminalise same-sex relations which can be punishable with up to 14 years in prison.
