Michael Harkin attacked and killed his 38-year old cellmate Dan Childs in June 2023, then 'tucked him up' in his bed on the top bunk.

Michael Harkin, 35, was convicted of manslaughter by diminished responsibility following the death of Dan Childs in June 2023.

The site has the highest levels of self-harm and violence of any prison in the country and inspectors say they have seen little improvement.
