A woman with a range of mobility issues and multiple long-term health conditions said she had been ignored after inquiring about the accessibility of events.

It will see a major redevelopment at Newcastle’s flagship shopping centre Eldon Square.

Under-used areas of Newcastle's shopping centre will be refurbished to create a mix of leisure offerings covering sports, culture and entertainment.
