Double Yellow Lines

Drivers have spoken of their shock and anger after their cars were lifted for double yellow line painting and were then handed a parking ticket.

Leckhampton councillor Martin Horwood says the tiny stretch of double yellow lines on Moorend Park Road is "barmy".
